PROGRAM
The Morgan Center offers developmentally appropriate programs for children 6 weeks of age to a developmental age of 12. We offer full-time and part-time care, pre-k classes, after school programs and summer programs.
PHILOSOPHY

The Morgan Center is designed to provide opportunities for social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. The children participate daily in a variety of age-appropriate activities involving music and movement, art, creative play, science and nature, math, reading and writing, and outdoor play. We view every activity that your child engages in as opportunities to teach. Our goal for each child is to learn self-reliance, independence, self-esteem, as well as respect for others in a secure and nurturing environment.
PARENT COMMUNICATION

One of the keys to ensuring the best experience possible for you and your child is great communication. The center has many ways to keep you updated on what your child does while they are here.
We provide parents with a “Daily Communication Sheet” which tells you what your child did that day. When your child’s caregiver fills out the daily sheets, he/she is constantly reviewing your child’s participation in the days various activities. The Classroom bulletin board in your child’s classroom is the place to find the activity calendar, snack menu and other important information.
There are plenty of opportunities to connect face-to-face with teachers and the Director at pick-up and drop-off time. If that is not convenient for you, we are always available for a meeting should the need arise
